WE ARE TURNING OVER A NEW LEAF
2009 has so far been a year of new directions for SGSCC. These changes and developments have prompted us to review our image and look. The result of this has been an organisational branding make- over which reflects our current College activities and our hopes and dreams for the future. At the same time we have ensured that we have also included in our new branding, elements from the past that have contributed to our growth and identity in our community.
As you may know, our logo has gone through two evolutions since the beginning of the College - from the original gum tree through to the laurel wreath. Our new colourful leaf now symbolises each major College endeavour and our aspirations for new directions and growth, both of our College and our community. We are staying true in our new look to our College motto of Learn and Grow.
We are very excited to introduce our new look to you in our Term Four Brochure. Our new look website will follow soon. Please join us in "turning over a new leaf" in your life by enrolling this spring in one of our many courses, including Astronomy – The Night Sky, Astronomy – The Solar System, Ballroom/Bridal Dancing, Latin Basics, Swing, West Coast Swing, Engine Rebuilding, An Intro, Adolescent Depression, Handwriting Analysis and Past Life Experiences, Laughter Yoga to Overcome Depression, Money Matters, Christmas Cookery for the Family and Gift Giving, Christmas Log and Other Gateaux and Tortes, Cooking for Beginners, Pottery, Boxercise, Tai Chi for Diabetes, Discovering Songs (A Songwriting Intro),which are new offerings this term.
